Sunday League cross country – 15 January in Watford

About the Sunday League
The Sunday League offers the chance for some good old-fashioned cross country running in the countryside. The League is friendly whilst still competitive and a great way to spend a Sunday morning. In Sunday League races, men and women run together over the same distance. The races attract a wide age and ability range and are ideal as a first experience of cross country running for those who are new to it.
All entries are taken on the day. However, if you intend to run, it would be helpful if you could add your name to the Serpie planner so we have an idea of how many people are planning to be there. Also, please wear a Serpie top.
