Serpentine have been given exclusive use of the velopark road circuit at the Olympic Park on Sunday 3rd August from 09:30 to 11:30. If you would like to ride the circuit for free during this time, please volunteer to help at either (or both) of the 2 duathlons we are organizing at the same velopark road circuit.

Our duathlons are on 29th June and 20th July and to make these happen I require at 15 volunteers to be available from 08:30 until approx 11:30 on these dates. We need 4 people to handout numbers and chips at registration, 8 people to act as course marshals to help serperate the cyclists and runners and warn people of the corners and 3 further people to manage any spectators that come to watch. The races are small events with a maximum of 90 entrants so it shouldn’t be too much work on the day 🙂

If you are able to help, please register your interest on the events planner.

In return for helping you will given a space on our circuit day Sunday 3rd August. On that day you can bring your bike to the road circuit and ride the loop anytime from 09:30 to 11:30 for as little or as long as you like.

If you have any questions on the above, please do not hesiate to contact me at tri-coach-liaison@serpentine.org.uk
