Launch of new training session at Paddington Track

Runner in Hyde Park

The warm-up will start promptly at 6.50pm (note the new time – its designed to avoid conflicts with the resident hockey club). There is no track fee, Maida Vale is the nearest tube and more details about the venue can be found here.

This session will be run by Malcolm and his coaching team and more details of the sessions themselves, the current focus of the sessions and all the other supporting information will be on the appropriate webpage within the training section shortly.

These sessions are still designed to cater for all abilities, although remember that the general advice is that people should be running at least 3 times a week first before coming to track sessions, in order to maximise the benefit from them.

Please note, the existing Willesden session will continue but will be hosted by QPH rather than Serpentine. So all Serpentine members are still more than welcome to attend and we see the QPH session at Willesden as complimenting these new sessions at Paddington rather than Paddington being a direct replacement for it.
