Serpentine Grand Prix

This summer we will again be holding a series of four short races, the Serpentine Grand Prix. They are open to all Serpentine members and you are all encouraged to take part. These races aren't just for our faster club runners; they are all over distances that everyone can manage. They'll give you a chance to race against your training partners and for those of you who have never raced on a track before, there are two opportunities to do this.
You can run in just one race, but if you want to stand a chance of being our "Grand Prix Champion" you will need to complete all four events. Trophies are awarded to the outright female and male winners of each race and also to the best performer on an age graded basis. There will also be a trophy for the overall champion.
Entry to all the races is free. All entries are taken on the day. You'll need to wear a club vest, t-shirt or tri top in these races – and be a paid up member of the club.
These races are always great fun – so why not give them a go?
