Volunteers are needed help at the next Serpentine track and field home match, which will be at the Millennium Arena, Battersea Park on the evening of Monday, 6 June.  This is our Home round in the London Masters League.

For this competition Serpentine has to provide all the officials. We are looking for both qualified officials AND, very importantly, club members who can assist them – you don't need any qualifications or experience for this.

You will need to be available from 6.15pm. The competition should finish by 9.00pm.

We're looking for people to help with judging both the track races and the field events (long jump, triple jump, hammer and shot). Additionally, we need someone to be the Announcer, as well as a Meeting Manager, whose main job will be to deal with queries from visiting Team Managers.

As well as helping your club, you can also cheer on the Serpie athletes taking part and watch a great evening of athletics. Plus, by volunteering for these events, you collect points for a club place in the 2012 London Marathon.
