New Core & Flexibility Course

Runner in Hyde Park

If you’re plagued by tight hamstrings, weak glutes or a troublesome ITB, this course is for you.

The course will help to boost your running performance by strengthening weak areas and improving flexibility. Course content will include traditional Pilates moves, resistance exercises and stretching exercises using a Dynaband. The course will be taught by fitness expert, Laura Williams (http://www.laurawilliamsonline.co.uk/). Laura is a qualified personal trainer who holds additional qualifications in Pilates, sports conditioning & movement analysis.

There will be two classes: one for beginners and one at an intermediate level.

The first class takes place at 6.15pm. This class is more suited to those who have poor flexibility, little or no abdominal strength, or those recovering from injury.
The second class, at 7.15pm, will be a slightly more challenging class, but is still suitable for those new to core stability work.
Both classes will have a capacity of just 8 so there will be plenty of individual attention on offer. You’ll also be given handouts after each session to cover the content of each session.
