North of the Thames Championship

This year’s event will take place in Fryent Country Park, Kingsbury, London, NW9.
The women’s 6km race starts at 1.30pm. The men’s 8km race starts at 2.15pm.
The Race HQ is Kingsbury Green Primary School, Old Kenton Lane, Kingsbury, NW9 9ND. There are toilets at the school but no changing facilities or showers. The post-race presentations and refreshments will be at the school.
The course is on open grassland and is undulating. It will take a spike, studs or other off-road shoes. It is a 10-minute walk from the school to the course. You will need to run in a Serpentine running or triathlon top.
Travel: Please note that the Metropolitan or Jubilee Lines will not be working. Please see www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl for travel options. For those travelling from Central London, options will include taking the Bakerloo Line or Overground to Kenton and then a 183 bus from stop HH to Valley Drive, Kingsbury or the Northern Line to Burnt Oak and then a 302 bus from stop S to Roe Green, Kinsgbury.
If you are driving, street parking is available in Salmon Street, Slough Lane and other roads close to the course. There is no parking at the school and you must not park in the service road that leads directly to the school. Road in the Kingsbury area are always busy, so please leave plenty of travelling time.
