Liddiard Trophy – Kingsbury – Saturday, 24 October

This year’s event will take place in Fryent Country Park, Kingsbury, London, NW9, hosted by Queens Park Harriers. All entries are taken on the day.

The women’s 3-mile race starts at 2.00pm: 3 to score. The men’s 5-mile race starts at 2.30pm: 8 to score.

There are toilets and limited changing facilities at the Church Hall but no showers. There will be post-race refreshments in the Church Hall.

The course is on open grassland and is undulating. It will take a spike, studs or other off-road shoes.

Travel: The Jubilee Line will not be working. From Central London, take the Metropolitan Line to Wembley Park and catch an 83 bus from stop N (towards Golders Green). Alight at the stop in Church Lane at the junction of Slough Lane (stop R). The journey time from Piccadilly Circus is about 60 minutes. Please see www.tfl.gov.uk for further options.

If you are driving, street parking is available in Salmon Street, Slough Lane and other roads close to the course.
