Wednesday 13th May and Saturday 16th May are our home matches at the Millennium Arena, Battersea Park for the Rosenheim League and Southern Men’s League respectively.
As we’re hosting the matches we need to provide the officials and helpers to run the meetings.

Wednesday 13th May Evening match – Rosenheim League
We need at least 2 qualified field judges plus at least one timekeeper and a track judge. Plus someone to input the results (we’ll provide the laptop). Re timekeeping if you’ve helped with the Handicap, Grand Prix, New Year’s Day or other races as a time keeper we can use your skills.
Helpers – no experience needed!
We need 10 helpers to assist the field judges with measuring the throws and jumps, retrieving the discus and hammer and raking the long jump.
We also need 2 people to help the photo finish equipment. You don’t need any experience of using photo finish equipment, but will need basic computer literacy (e.g. to input competitor’s details).
Times: We will need people to be at the Arena from 6.15pm to help with the warm up for pole vault and hammer. If you can’t be there until later we will need people from 7.15pm for the long jump and discus.

Saturday 16th May Afternoon match – Southern Men’s League
We need 3 qualified field judges plus at least one timekeeper and a track judge. Plus someone to input the results (we’ll provide the laptop).
Helpers – no experience needed!
We need 10 helpers to assist the field judges with measuring the throws and jumps, retrieving the discus and hammer and raking the long jump.
Times – We’re covering the Pole vault and hammer so need 2 teams to be in place from 12.30 to cover the warm ups for both events prior to the competition starting at 1.
The first track event begins at 2.15pm so we will need track officials from 1.45pm.
