On 10 February, you’ll have a choice of the following: –

Pyramid: 300m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 600m, 400m, 200m. 2 minutes recovery throughout. Your 3k pace.
or
6 x Yasso 800s. A continuous run alternating 800m efforts with 400m recoveries. The faster efforts relate to your marathon pace. For instance, if you plan to run a marathon in 3 hours 20 minutes, you run your 800m’s in 3 minutes 20 seconds. You then have a recovery jog of a further 3:20 before going straight into the next 800m effort.

As usual, the sessions will start at 7.00pm.
