The Serpie Decathlon, one of our multi- sport championships, will this year be part of the Ealing Trophies (Atlanta & Farringdon Jewkes Trophy Meeting) on Saturday 9th August. Organiser: Ealing Southall & Middlesex A.C.
Location: Perivale Park Athletics Track, Stockdove Way, Greenford

This is an inter-club meeting for men and women so our best athletes will be declared as scorers in the main competition, with everyone else competing as guests (we’re allowed as many non-scorers as we like).

* In order to fit everything in and not disrupt the competition Ealing has very kindly allowed us to hold our own high jump competition first. We will need to start at 11.00 on the dot and be finished by 12 so if the high jump is one of your chosen disciplines you need to be on time! Depending on the number of competitors we may use English Schools rules and allow each competitor 7 jumps. Please note the throws and long jump consist of 4 trials each discipline (Ealing competition rules).

You can do as few or as many events as you want BUT to be eligible for the decathlon prize you must score in 6 of the following 8 events – 3 of which must be track events and 3 field events.
