Strength and Conditioning Course for Runners

The Serpentine Running Club is holding a five-week Strength and Conditioning course on Tuesday evenings this summer, starting on June 10th and running until July 8th.
The classes are specifically tailored to runners in order to help you improve your performance and prevent injury. The course will cover various components of fitness including strength, flexibility and the all important core stability.
Classes are taught by personal trainer, Pilates teacher and runner, Laura Williams (visit Laura’s website at www.laurawilliamsonline.co.uk). Laura teaches regular courses at the Serpentine Running Club and holds additional Level 3 qualifications in Sports Conditioning and movement analysis.

Course Details
Dates: 10th June – 8th July (Tuesday evenings)
Time: 6.30pm or 7.30pm – classes at both times
Class duration: 45 minutes
Venue: The Club Room, Seymour Leisure Centre, Seymour Place, W1H 5TH
Cost: £50 per person, for the course.
