Core Connections – Pilates Classes for Runners

The Serpentine Running Club is holding a four week Pilates course in January taught by personal trainer and Pilates teacher, Laura Williams. The classes are specifically tailored to runners in order to help improve performance and prevent injury in the run up to the London Marathon.
There will be two classes: the first at 6.15pm is for beginners who are new to core stability work, while the second class, at 7.15pm, is for those who have some experience of core training, or who have attended previous classes taught by Laura.
