Triathlon Training Plans – Seminar

On Sunday, 27th January at 4 – 6pm, at the Serpentine Club Room we will be holding a triathlon specific workshop for those who would like to build a structured training plan based on their race goals for 2008. This is for those who would like to race sprint, Olympic up to maximum half-ironman distance independent of experience and level of performance. First time triathletes are welcome.
The content of the workshop is as follows:
– Develop and write down your season’s goals and objectives
– Build your training plan week-for-week to achieve your goals
– Keep a training log to keep track of your progress
The workshop is limited to 25 triathletes. Places will be given on a fist come first serve basis.
We hope that most club coaches can be present. Please email me if you will come to the workshop.
