Core Stability and Strength Training courses for Serpentine Runners and Triathletes

The 45-minute classes, run by personal trainer and Pilates teacher Laura Williams, will run back-to-back on a Tuesday evening for six weeks during November and December. The first session, starting at 6pm, is a strength training session specifically geared towards runners. The second session will be held at 7pm and will focus on core stability training and improving flexibility.
