Cycling coordinator – help required

You may or may not be aware that I have been acting as cycling coordinator for Serpentine for around 8 months. During the winter months, Sunday rides were very successful, with groups catering for different abilities going out every Sunday morning from October through to March and around 20 or 30 people often turning up to ride.
Through the summer months things have been a lot less organised and I do apologise for the lack of direction on my part – but sometimes life just takes over. I am moving house at the end of the month and changing career in September and have decided that I cannot really give this role the time and effort it deserves and am therefore looking for help from you – the yellow and reds!
Please let me know if you think you could help with this role.
What I think it requires is:
Responding to email enquiries re: group rides.
It would be great to set up a structured way for beginners to learn group riding skills, e.g. a beginners session once every month.
Point of contact to distribute info on group rides.
Coordinate leaders for group rides during the winter.
I am very happy to discuss any of the above with you if you think you can help, and happy to help in a supporting role. I expect there are lots of ideas on what we could do as a club to be more structured with our cycling training. This does not need to be a one-person role, and indeed it would be great if there were group rides going from North London on a Sunday
morning as well as Richmond Park.
Remember that the club runs superbly on the volunteerism of relatively few people, so don’t be scared to get involved.
I would also be interested to hear from you if you still cycle regularly on a Sunday morning or a Tuesday evening, just to get an idea of who is doing what.
