Fun and Fitness Day, Saturday 4th June

I’m afraid we’ve had to cancel the Fun and Fitness Day at short notice, however those who are still interested should keep their diaries free for the next Fun and Fitness day after the Handicap on September 3rd. We hope to have presentations about incorporating pilates and core stability in your training, as well as talks by Bob Pringle (running and tri coach) and a bike clinic. More information will be available nearer the time.

Apologies to those who had intended to come this Saturday – I hope I have managed to contact everyone individually.
