Go to your membership database record:

http://www.serpentine.org.uk/serpiebase

and change the setting for Receive weekly email.

Of course, we are still reliant on having the time to write the coding for producing the emails but this gives you the time to opt out if you want. But why not give the emails a chance before opting out?
