New Core Stability Training Classes starting 16 May

Often when runners and triathletes are planning for the next running season, the next 10k pb, first Olympic Distance Triathlon or even Ironmen, they fear the risk of injury related to the increasing mileage and training intensity. The Serpentine Running Club in conjunction with Sarah Lawson is organising Core Stability Training Classes specifically geared towards runners and triathletes to help alleviate or prevent injury.
We will run a Beginners Class
Time: Mondays, 6 – 7 pm
Place: Club Room, Seymour Leisure Centre
Date: 6 evenings from 16 May to 27 June
