Club Championship Races 2022 – 10km and 10 miles

Hello Serpies – Following our announcements of the majority of the club championship races in 2022, we are pleased to announce the 10k and the 10-mile races to be held in the autumn, in two very different London locations.

10k – Middlesex 10k – Saturday 24th September

One of London’s favourite 10k is back this year! Our 10k club championship race in 2022 will be the Middlesex 10k, to be held on Saturday 24th September. As usual, the race will take place in Victoria Park as a 3-lap course. Entries will open some time during the summer – please look out for further announcements.

10-mile – Cabbage Patch 10 – Sunday 16th October

Another race that is very popular among Serpies, and hence very appropriate as a 10-mile club championship race. The Cabbage Patch 10 is currently open for registration, and you are advised to enter soon as the race normally sold out a few weeks before race day. The race will take place on Sunday 16th October and will start in Twickenham, going through Kingston and Richmond before finishing back in Twickenham. It tends to attract very high calibre athletes, but there are a lot of club runners taking part as well, making it a great running event with high PB potential!

To register for the race, please follow this link.
