LANZAROTE 2021 - COVID-19 UPDATE
We’ve reached the time of year when we need to confirm numbers and pay a deposit to Club La Santa for the club trip to Lanzarote in 2021.
Sadly, due to the uncertainty caused by COVID-19 the Lanza team and the Committee do not feel able to make a firm commitment at this time, and have reluctantly decided that the trip will not take place in March 2021.
There is a possibility that we may be able to run the trip in Autumn 2021. We will shortly be sending out a survey to gauge whether there is any interest in this, or in a training holiday closer to home, possibly in the UK or in France.
However, we understand that some members may still want to go to Club La Santa at the usual time in March and are willing to self-organise. If so, the Lanza team is prepared to ask Club La Santa to extend the early bird discount to you. Note: in this case you would need to make the booking and pay the deposit yourself – the deposit will likely have to be paid by 1 June. There will be no Lanza team to support any organising work and no Serpentine coaching provided.
