I hope that posting this message doesn’t seem insensitive at such a difficult time when we’ve all got far more important things to think about. However, I need to let you know that the 2020-21 England Athletics registration year begins on 1 April.
First claim members who wish to renew or any first claim Serpie wishing to register for the first time can do so online by logging into the Serpentine membership database at https://www.serpentine.org.uk/serpiebase and clicking on the "Register with England Athletics" option in the menu in the left hand column. Second claim members are registered through your first claim club, so please do not register via Serpentine. The registration fee is £15.00.
It may well be that in the current situation with all competition on hold, you would prefer to delay making your payment and England Athletics has decided to extend the period during which you can register to 31 August. However, the registration year will still run to 31 March 2021 regardless of when you pay, unlike the club’s rolling 12-month membership term.
