Serpie WhatsApp Groups for COVID-19 Support
In response to an initiative suggested by some of our members, we have set up 5 WhatsApp groups, with the aim of creating a practical support network for Serpies, their family members or anyone they know who is in need across the London area.
Specifically, the groups are a forum to offer support and flag where there is need during the COVID crisis - for example: you or a family member/friend/neighbour are self isolating and require groceries or medical provisions or where someone is feeling lonely and in need of some virtual support. The aim being to connect with club members living nearby, for practical assistance.
We have set up 5 groups covering NE, NW, SE, SW and Central London. These bounderies are for guidance only - do feel welcome to join more than one group if you have easy access to more than one area.

Please try to avoid using the groups for non-COVID support/information topics and most importantly not to arrange face-to-face meetups, training sessions or runs. As a club we are in strict adherence of the most recent Government directive on social distancing, and we ask that you respect this.
