Last Friday of the Month 5k - thank you

A sincere thank you to all the wonderful volunteers who put on today’s Serpentine RC Last Friday of the Month 5k race.  And thank you to everyone who has been involved in these races during 2019.  You may like to know that two new all-time Series Records were set today with Los Angeles Olympian, Yuko Gordon breaking the W65 record with her time of 21:20 and Seyfu Jamaal, who is the reigning London Cross Country Senior Champion, setting a new U20 men’s best of 14:42.  Seyfu’s time was also the 5^th fastest men’s time overall.  Congratulations to Tony Tuohy on winning the Age-Graded Championship with an average grading of 89.7%.  Overall, 1594 runners finished at least one Last Friday race this year.  If you’d like to run in the 2020 races, entries for January - May are open via www.runbritain.com
