Sat 18th May - Jog the beautiful Eden Valley Walk

Jog the beautiful Eden Valley Walk from Hever Station to Tonbridge Station on a run led by Hisayo Kawahara.

Unlike the major national trails such as North Downs Way, the footpath is very quiet, yet is very pretty.  There isn't a massive climb but the route is fairly undulating.  The pace will be very sociable, and suitable for people who are beginner trail runners or those who don't take 'running' too seriously.   We will finish with tea/cake in the cafe near the Tunbridge Station before heading back home.

Distance: 15.5km* (9.5 miles)
Pace: Very sociable 7-8 mins/k (2 hours in total)

TRAVEL
Start: Meet at London Bridge Station for 09.07 train, in the train, or Hever Station at 09.49.
Finish: Tonbridge Station

WHAT TO BRING
It's an unsupported run with nowhere to leave bags at the start, so come in your running gear and bring only what you will take with you on the run.  We recommend you bring/wear:
• Waterproof jacket (if the rain is likely - pls check the weather in the morning)
• change of clothes
• Sun cream
• Trail shoes with good grip
• Water and snacks
• Money for lunch/tea/cake

LET’S TALK
