Serpentimes - News from the editors desk and getting involved for Issue 9

We hope you enjoyed reading Serpentimes Issue 8 as much as we enjoyed putting it together. There are two pieces of news to announce about the magazine.

The first is that Diana Valk, who has been guest editing Serpentimes for the last three issues, will be taking on the editorship role permanently from James Edgar. James was the driving force behind the digital rebirth of Serpentimes in 2015. He helped develop the design of the magazine and produced five inspiring issues. He set the standard for editors to come. We are sorry to see him go and wish him all the best in his future endeavours with the club and beyond.

The second piece of news is that the team will be celebrating the launch of Issue 8 and start generating article ideas for Issue 9 on Wednesday the 3rd of April. If you would like to contribute to the next issue of Serpentimes as a writer or a sub-editor or photographer please join us at The Larrik from 8pm.

If you can't make it to the Larrik but would like information, Diana will be in the clubroom 6:30 – 7:45pm, so please come by and ask questions (or email serpentimes@serpentine.org.uk ). We would love to have you join the team!
