Foreign Athletes

Please be aware that under English Cross Country Association rules, clubs may enter Foreign Athletes (those with a non UK passport) BUT you must be a permanent resident in the UK and registered as a foreign athlete with UKA by January 1st 2019, so if you joined the club this year then you won't be eligible.

Please check with me BEFORE signing up to the trip if you're concerned about being eligible to race or not.

Race entries

To take advantage of the subsidised coach and hotel room package, sign up here - I will then make your entry directly from this list. Please note this option isn't available for Juniors, as the coach may not arrive in time for their race. If you are a Junior athlete, or want to make your own way, you will need to email me the following details before January 5th:

  • Your full name as registered on the Serpie database
  • Your date of birth
  • Your England Athletics registration number

Regardless of how you are travelling, if you haven't registered with England Athletics please sign up and pay via your Serpiebase page. ECCA check these details thoroughly and if your membership is not up to date you can't race.

If anyone has any questions about entering, please email me and I'll be happy to help you.

Thanks
