Thursday night hill session at Primrose Hill – aimed at foundation level runners and those new to hills

I’m very pleased to announce that we now have a new addition to our weekly schedule of coached training sessions.  Andrea Sanders Reece will be coaching every Thursday from 7pm in Primrose Hill, with the sessions primarily intended for foundation level runners and those new to hills. There are plenty of well-lit paths in the park, so this should be suitable throughout the autumn and winter months.  Full details are on the training pages of the website.  Many thanks to Andrea for taking this on.
