Two options - 7-days from Thursday 7th - Thursday 14th March or 10-days from Thursday 7th - Sunday 17th March.  


The price includes: 


- Accommodation in comfortable apartments at Club La Santa

- Full 7-day schedule of swim, bike and run coaching with the Serpentine coaches for all levels including options for technique coaching and skills sessions, plus led bike rides around the island

- Use of the wonderful facilities Club La Santa has to offer including 2 x 50m pools, running track, gym, bike centre, tennis courts, open-water lagoon, leisure pool and yoga/pilates/dance studios

- Opportunities for 1-on-1 advice sessions with coaches to discuss training and race planning.  Ideal for those training for spring marathons, Montenegro 70.3, Iron-distance races and those just starting out

- Access to the Club La Santa classes and coaching sessions including aerial yoga, relaxation, running and triathlon races, ballroom dancing, SUP (many of which are free)

- Serpie-only races including open-water swim races, the Frank Horwill Handicap Mile (track), 20k bike TT and Tabayesco hills TT, and our own mini-triathlon.  Also, a full schedule of popular Club La Santa-organised races including 5k, 10k and half-marathon road races, as well as an aquathlon

- Welcome BBQ on the first night

- Last-night meal (at the end of the 7-day trip)

- Optional social events such as wine-tasting and a quiz night

-The chance to train with Serpie friends, make new friends and train in the fresh air.  


Flights and transfers are not included. 


There really is something for everyone and you can do as much or as little as you choose!
