The I Move London Relay is a 4,000 mile run event utilising 2,500 runners and 1 baton. The run is completed in 10K and 5K loops, in central London, repeated for 30 days and 30 nights in July. A new Guinness World Record in aid of The Running Charity, Sported and Laureus. Groups of 2-50 participants will run each leg. But don't put down the baton!

There are still spaces to be filled, especially for our 'Wake up London!' slot at 6.30am. Please wear your Serpie top.

If you cannot run due to injury or will be unable to meet the 10k time limit of 1hr 6 mins, then we would still love to have you along as cheerleaders and budding photographers throughout the day.

You can sign up for a stage on the London Relay website. Stage entry costs £20.

If you have questions, feel free to email Elizabeth Ayres.

See you 12th July!
