Thursday swim session option at St Pancras pool starts 2nd November

The option to swim Thursday's returns to the triathlon program from 2nd November 2017. The session runs 8 to 9pm from at the Better Pool St Pancras. Sign up is weekly here and costs just £2 until the end of the year. Sign up opens every Friday for the following Thursday session. All sessions fully coached. From now until the end of the year sessions will focus on a mix of technique and fitness components. Any questions to triathlon@serpentine.org.uk
