Club championship road races for 2018

The 2018 club championship road races over 10k, 10 miles and half-marathon have now been decided.

The 10k club championships will once again be held at the Middlesex and Open 10k in Victoria Park.  We expect this to take place in the autumn (hopefully on the first Sunday in October) and we will send out an announcement once the date is confirmed and entries are open.

The 10 mile club championships will take place at the Fred Hughes 10 in St Albans on Sunday 21 January.  Further details can be found here and entries are now open.

The half-marathon club championships will take place at the Maidenhead Half Marathon, which we expect to take place on Sunday 2nd September.  Further details can be found here although entries are not yet open.  Again, we will send round an announcement once the date is confirmed and entries are open.

Any marathon race can be used to enter the marathon club championships - we do not specify a particular race.

Further details of the club championship races over 1k, 1 mile and 3000m (normally held in July) will be announced later on.

All these races offer great opportunities to race with (or against!) your club mates, and suitable for a wide range of abilities, and are normally followed by a social event where lost nutrients can be replaced.
