Marshals sought, South of England Cross Country Champs: Sat, 29 January

Please click above for information on how to help.

The South of England Championships is always one of the highlights of the cross country season.  The Championships take place on London's Parliament Hill Fields, Hampstead Heath, this Saturday, 29 January.  The 10 race programme attracts the best runners from across the south of the country and there are always plenty of Serpies in the Senior Men's and Women's events.

The SEAA have asked if Serpentine would like to help with the marshalling.  You can either do a full day or a morning or afternoon shift.

If you'd like to do the full day, this means you'll be on duty from 10.15am until 4.30pm.  A half day would either be between 10.15am and 1.30pm or from noon to 4.30pm.  The SEAA will provide a packed lunch for those people marshalling for the full day.

If you'd like to help, please email me on letting me know which option you would like.  Firm commitments only, please.

Thank you for your support
