Instructions

Paste the total amount for the traveller, and optionally a message.

The amount should be the total that you want the traveller to pay – including the deposit and any payments already made. The system will then calculate the amount outstanding.

You can leave the ‘name check’ balance empty. If you enter a name in this column, the system will check that this matches the name for the entry. This enables you to cross-check that you have lined up the rows correctly.

Make sure you press the “Update Balance To Pay” button before you leave the sheet. This is needed to update member’s Lanzarote profile tabs.
