We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel your trip. Our cancellation policy for the 2027 Lanzarote trip is based on Club La Santa’s policies, with some allowance for processing time. Please email lanzarote@serpentine.org.uk as soon as possible if you can no longer come.
Cancellation by the Traveller
Subject to any changes to Club La Santa’s policy, the following arrangements will apply:
Until 6th December 2026
Deposit lost; any further payment towards the full cost of the trip will be refunded.
From 7th December 2026 to 3rd January 2027
50% of total balance lost
From 4th January to 31st January 2027
75% of total balance lost
1st February 2027 and later
100% of the total balance lost
Cancellation by Club La Santa
The Serpentine Club acts solely as a trip facilitator and accepts no responsibility if Club La Santa fails to meet its obligations. Refunds for costs such as accommodation or transfers following a cancellation by Club La Santa are subject to CLS’s booking terms (available here).
If Club La Santa cancels, the Serpentine Club will pass along any refund payments it receives, minus any processing fees incurred. However, the Club will not make up the difference if CLS does not issue a full refund. If Club La Santa cancels before the trip, the Serpentine Club will issue a full refund for any coaching and activity fees paid directly to the Club.
Amendments
In line with Club La Santa’s booking conditions, we will charge you the £50 administration fee for any requested amendment to your booking if charged by Club La Santa.
