Lanzarote Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel your trip. Our cancellation policy for the 2026 Lanzarote trip follows the one of Club La Santa.

Subject to any changed to Club La Santa’s policy, the following arrangements will apply:

Until 5th December 2025

Deposit lost, any further payment towards the full cost of the trip will be refunded.

From 6th December 2025 to 7th January 2026

50% of total balance lost

From 8th January to 4th February 2026

70% of total balance lost

5th February 2026 and later

100% of the total balance lost

Making a private agreement with someone who is not already registered to replace you has generally been the preferred approach in the past if cancelling.

The Serpentine Club acts only as a facilitator of the trip and does not take responsibilities for Club La Santa failure on its obligations. Refund by Club La Santa of costs (accommodation, transfers) due to cancellation by Club La Santa are subject to the terms of booking with CLS (found here). In case of cancellation from Club La Santa, the Serpentine Club will transfer to the participants all refunds payments it would receive less the fees it may have been charged, however, it will not cover the difference should not all refund be obtained from CLS. In case of cancellation by La Santa before the trip, the Serpentine Club will refund the payments received for coaching and other activities costs.

In line with Club La Santa booking conditions, we will recharge you the £50 administration fee for any amendment to your booking that you request, if charged by Club La Santa.
