Entries open: London cross country champs

Entries for the London cross country champs which take place on Saturday 18th November are now open. There are entry criteria that apply so please read the news story in full BEFORE sending your entry in! And if you can't run, Malcolm French needs volunteers to help marshal.

Club 10m Championships sees new club record

The 10 mile club championships took place at the Cabbage Patch 10 yesterday (15th October).  Many congratulations to Courtney Bowen for becoming women's club champion and to Nick Torry for becoming both the men's club champion and age-graded club champion.  Further congratulations are due to Nick for also setting a new 10 mile club record.

Serpies In Action at the Southern and National Road Relays

Sunday 24th September saw Serpies in action at the South of England Road Relays championship (popularly known as the Southerns) in its new venue of Crystal Palace. This traditionally marks the end of the track and field season and the start of the cross-country season, and sees clubs from across the south of England with some incredibly high standards at the top whilst being accessible to a wide range of club runners.
