If you are a first claim member of Serpentine and would like to transfer your membership to another club this is managed through the other club.

Our junior section is open to all 8-18 year-olds. The Annual membership subscription is £10.

We are no longer involved with junior training at Paddington Recreation Grounds. Everyone Active have now taken over management of these sessions, please contact them if you have any queries regarding these sessions. Link to all sessions below, it is listed under Junior Athletics.

The club supports entry to the Summer League and Met League XC races for Juniors.

You may pay for your membership either as a one-off payment or as a recurring (annual) card payment. You can change your payment method and the card you pay with here. https://www.serpentine.org.uk/members/username/shop/subscriptions/

If you reach a significant birthday and now qualify for Over 65 or Adult membership, the system will automatically apply the correct subscription.

If you wish to apply/remove a full time student or unwaged concession membership this is Coming soon: you will soon be able to change your subscription type yourself. Until then, please email membership@serpentine.org.uk and we will change it for you. The definition of qualification for a concession is here

Your personal details are mainly only visible to you, and to club officials. You can change the privacy settings for your personal details here.

Members of the club can also find you in the member directory, or see when you were last active on the website. You can change how much of this is visible here.

Only coaches and committee can access the members’ information in an emergency. This includes all their data, including their emergency contacts and emergency health information.  This information is available on the “emergencies” tab in the member’s profile

To access a member’s information you will need to re-enter your password.  When you access a member’s information, this will automatically send an email to the member whose information is being looked at, to tell them that their private information has been accessed, and by whom. This means that if you can access the information in an emergency (eg. if there is an accident on a club run) but others will be informed is you attempt to access surreptitiously.

Go to your subscriptions page. This lists all your subscriptions with us – that might be just a club membership, or it might also include England Athletics. Press “Manage” next to the club membership subscription. Here you can change your subscription settings. Choose ‘cancel subscription’ to stop future payments and reminders.

If you cancel your Serpentine membership subscription during the year, your membership will continue until you reach the end of your membership year.

If you are dissatisfied and would like a refund of the subscription you have paid, or to end your membership immediately, please send an email to membership@serpentine.org.uk and where appropriate we will organise a refund for you.

Go to your subscriptions page. Press “Manage” next to the England Athletics subscription. Choose ‘cancel subscription’. This cancels your subscription and stops future payments.
