    I want to cancel my club membership. How do I do this?

    Go to your subscriptions page. This lists all your subscriptions with us – that might be just a club membership, or it might also include England Athletics. Press “Manage” next to the club membership subscription. Here you can change your subscription settings. Choose ‘cancel subscription’ to stop future payments and reminders.

    If you cancel your Serpentine membership subscription during the year, your membership will continue until you reach the end of your membership year.

    If you are dissatisfied and would like a refund of the subscription you have paid, or to end your membership immediately, please send an email to membership@serpentine.org.uk and we will organise a refund for you.

    I want to cancel my England Athletics membership.

    Go to your subscriptions page. Press “Manage” next to the England Athletics subscription. Choose ‘cancel subscription’. This cancels your subscription and stops future payments.

    If you want to resign from England Athletics, or seek a refund, please contact England Athletics directly.

    How do I change my privacy settings?

    Your personal details are mainly only visible to you, and to club officials. You can change the privacy settings for your personal details here.

    Members of the club can also find you in the member directory, or see when you were last active on the website. You can change how much of this is visible here.

    I am now a full time student. How do I change my subscription?

    Coming soon: you will soon be able to change your subscription type yourself. Until then, please email membership@serpentine.org.uk and we will change it for you.

    How do I transfer my first claim club to Serpentine?

    If you are a first claim member of another club, and would like to make Serpentine your first claim club, please contact membership@serpentine.org.uk and we will arrange this.
