There are toilet facilities located close to the start/finish area, but no changing rooms are available. Athletes should arrive prepared to compete. Refreshments can be obtained from the Park cafeteria adjacent to the car park.

Men and Women will run the same distance over a course of about 8km around the fields within Trent Park and the adjacent fields.

The after-race presentations will be held close to the finish area.

The Women’s Race will start at 1-30 p.m. (4 women to score for team / 3 W35+ to score for Masters team)

The Men’s Race will start at 2-15 p.m. (6 men to score for team / 4 M40+ to score for Masters team)
