Morning Session @ Battersea Park

Morning run training sessions are now introduced to the members of Serpentine at Battersea Park on Thursdays at 7:30 am start.

The meeting location is just OUTSIDE the Millennium Arena (Battersea Track), by the park’s map. Google maps location is available here. We will do warm-up, drills and a main session together. All abilities are welcome. ?

Monthly sessions are split to 4 different concepts to improve endurance, power, strength and speed:

1st – Speed Work, 2nd – Tempo/Fartlek, 3rd – Pyramids, 4th – Team Relays.

Millennium Arena allow to use their lockers and showers if you pay £4.20 at reception for each use. No need to pre-book this, just come to their reception and pay as you go. Please remember to bring your own padlock. ?

Each session lasts around 50-55 min and will cover 6km to 9km. ⏱️
