Morning Session @ Battersea Park
Morning run training sessions at Battersea Park on Thursdays at 7:30 am start.
The meeting location is just OUTSIDE the Millennium Arena (Battersea Track), by the park’s map. Google Maps location is available here.
We will do a warm-up, a few drills and a main session together. All abilities are welcome. The sessions are programmed to ensure that the whole group stays together and caters for all abilities.
Monthly sessions rotate between speed intervals, tempo runs, progression sessions and team relays.
Millennium Arena allows you to use their lockers and showers if you pay £4.20 at reception for each use. There is no need to pre-book this, just come to their reception and pay as you go. Please remember to bring your padlock.
Each session lasts around 50-55 min and will cover from 6km to 9km depending on the session target.
