Middlesex 3x3k Road Relay Champs

Sun 13 Sept – Hillingdon Cycle Circuit, Minet Country Park, Springfield Road, Hayes, UB4 OLP

We will be trying to create “A” teams for each grade and then evenly matched additional teams:
3 runners – SM / SW / M40+ / W40+

Eligibility: Birth or 9 months continuous bona fide residence in the County of Middlesex immediately prior to the date of the competition (North of the River) / not competed for another County championship in the previous year
