Canterbury Half Marathon (28 May 2006)
The course is out of town on country lanes through Petham and Waltham. Described as undulating but the starter admitted it was hilly as we set off (cheers!) A couple of downhill stretches made up for the evil hill from miles 10 to 11. Nice view of the cathedral from top though, plus good water stations and some friendly villagers to cheer you on. Race is in aid of Pilgrims Hospices who are supported by Orlando Bloom no less.
