"The entry processing administration of this meeting (hint:get there early) was a little overwhelmed. However, this was more than made up for by the good-natured organisers who proficiently managed the meet with its wide range of events concertinaed into a fairly tight timetable. Despite a lack of electronic timing (the person with the equipment expertise was away on this particular day) this wasn't a drawback insofar as this is one of the very last outdoor meets of the year and the atmosphere was convivial; there were free relays at the end of the meet (100m/200m/400m) which underline the fun aspect of competing that such an end-of-season meet like this engenders."
