Serpentine has a large membership supported and trained by our hard-working running and triathlon coaches who have earned accreditation from our sport’s governing bodies – England Athletics and British Triathlon. More coaches are always welcome. See the England Athletics coaching website, British Triathlon coaching website and our volunteering section to learn what is involved in becoming an accredited coach. Serpentine Involvement

I am responsible for the monthly Serpie Trail Run. Get out of London and join us on the trails. I also occasionally lead a session for those new to trails somewhere more local.

Adventure, challenge and a deep connection to nature are important to me. I believe that we can improve focus, resilience and adaptability by spending time in the mountains, hills and forests. It's an enormous, fun playground for adults out there!

I coach Tuesday Track. I work as a Gym Manager, Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. I’ve run 20 marathons PB 2:51! 4 Ironmans and endless running, cycling, high altitude mountain events
