Balgownie, Aberdeen

Balmy 12 degrees on a sunny Sunday in Aberdeen running almost entirely on grass with a few patches of tree roots. Plenty of hills to test English Nationalised legs from the day before. Course change from last year to only 4 laps instead of 5, and it was loooonnnggg – much complaining from Garmin people but not me as I needed the extra distance to make up the time difference for the series silver.

Sarah was 3rd female finisher, 2nd old lady.
