It was a glorious day but HOT luckily the organisers had prepared well with plenty of water stations even for a shorter race like this. It is run by local people who give of their time, including a certain local demi-god... Graham Taylor, (former Watford Football Club manager) He set us off, gave out medals and awarded the trophies. At the finish line one runner even went down on one knee to receive his medal ! All in all a glorious day and a lovely occasion made great by the organisation and volunteers.
