It was really well organised. Marshalls where you needed them (although the finish was a little confusing). Very runner friendly and credit must go to the organisers. Regular water & sponge stations and prominent mile markers. Medal, mars bar, banana and most of all hot steak pasty made it great value for money too. The hills and wind make it diffciult to get a PB.

It was my first marathon, so it was a PB for me of 3:57:33, absolutely delighted.
