Just wanted to say what a good event this was last Saturday in Milton Keynes and they do it again next month if you are interested.

This was a 4.5KM run - 12.5ish KM cycle - 4.2KM run. It was to be a 16KM cycle but they had to cut it short for some reason.

Anyway, Beate took 3rd place in her age group!!!! Lots of great gifts - a plaque, wine, vouchers and a really nice muscle warming pouch.

Great fun!
