Weather cold and overcast with rain coming in before all finishers home.

Flat course, quite muddy in places, along both sides of the Forth & Clyde Canal at Bishopbriggs with tight turns and slight inclines at the two crossings. Towpath not as narrow as expected. Excellent PB potential. Start and finish next to leisure centre with café, goodie bag at end. Well organised and friendly race.
