Bright, sunny day, 6°C.

Report

Hillier than you'd think, mainly on forest path and tarmac. Well marked and marshalled - U15 Boys, U17 Women, Seniors and Female Vets all run together over 3 miles, 3 laps increasing in size (different distances for other races from 11yrs up). Trainers adequate for the conditions. Large modern cafe and loos open for the event. Next event at Drum Castle which last time was bright and sunny (as you'd expect in Scotland) and 3°C with ice on the ground adding to the excitement.
